James McGinty, CEO and Lead Trainer, brings energy and flexible thinking to the art of public speaking. He has been a professional trainer since 1980, running courses for MBA students at the University of East Anglia, The Association of Speakers Clubs and, Toastmasters International.

He has also worked with executives from most of the FTSE 100 companies, celebrities, sports personalities and MP's.

James will work with you to help you to build your confidence and turn your fear into an advantage - so you can face any audience, any time both large and small.

Once you have the confidence, James will teach you the skills you need to become a successful Public Speaker.

His courses are based on the Seven Steps to Successful Speaking programme, which James created and has delivered to thousands of people worldwide.
